The intent of this blog is to educate people about a condition known as ankylosing spondylitis, a chronic inflammatory arthritis that affects mainly the lower back and SI joints. It is believed to be an autoimmune disorder similar to rheumatoid arthritis. This blog will also serve as my first attempt at one. It will include my thoughts and experiences with the disease, as well as various other topics related to my life.
